Indiana Chapter's Half-Day Seminar:
The Indiana Chapter's Half-Day Seminar will take place on August 20, 2010 at the Indiana Government Conference Center, 402 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN from 10:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Lunch will be provided. They will be co-sponsoring with the Insurance Institute of Indiana, International Association of Special Investigation Units, and the Indiana Department of Insurance. Featured afternoon speaker will be Michele Stuart from JAG Investigations who will be discussing "Internet Profiling and Intelligence Gathering." Morning speakers will be Kevin Tyra talking on "Reasonable and Necessary: Dealing with Medical Billing Evidence" and Charles Jennings speaking on "Arson and Suspicious Claims." Ohio Chapter Lunch Meeting:
The Ohio Chapter will hold a Lunch Meeting on September 14, 2010 at the Troyer's Dutch Heritage Restaurant, 720 St. Rt. 97, Bellville, OH 44813. A Family Style Meal will be offered of Roast Beef, Chicken, Mashed Potatoes/Gravy, Corn, Dressing, Tossed Salad, Bread, and Pie. Speaker: Brian S. Peterman, Fire Investigator/Canine Handler with the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office. Topic: How the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office and Insurance Representatives Can Work Together.
